New transportation program offered by County

Pierce County Community Connections (PCCC) offers a free transportation program called “Beyond the Borders” for kids, seniors and people with disabilities in some parts of Pierce County that are not served by Pierce Transit. Unfortunately, the program does not currently receive funding to provide services on Anderson Island. That might change if islanders who need such a service let the County know. There is a Transportation Survey available on this website. Please spread the word to your neighbors who might need the program. http://www.piercecountyrides.com/
